Samsung Canada Top Load Washer Rebate Program

This Samsung Canada Top Load Washer Rebate* applies to the purchase of a new Samsung Washer. You will receive to be used towards the purchase of a new Samsung washer subject to Eligibility Requirements set out below. The rebate amount shown includes the washer rebate as well as a loyalty incentive to thank you for your continued support of Samsung.

* Rebate amount cannot exceed the price of the new washer.

TO RECEIVE YOUR REBATE:

  1. Purchase and take delivery of a new Samsung washer from any retailer in Canada.
  2. In the "New Washer" field set out below, please indicate the Model and Serial Number of your new Samsung washer.
  3. Remove the two (2) labels for the Model and Serial Number from your recalled Samsung washer and affix them to the bottom of this page in the spaces provided.
    Important: DO NOT remove the Model and Serial Number labels from your NEW washer.
  4. In the Customer Certification below, print your name, sign and date the form confirming that the information is accurate and that you have utilized the retailer removal service (if available) to dispose of the recalled Samsung washer.
  5. Mail this completed form, signed and dated, with the two (2) Model and Serial Number labels from your recalled Samsung washer affixed below and your original receipt for your new replacement Samsung washer to:

Did you remember to:

  1. Complete the section for the New Washer by including your new Samsung Washer Model and Serial number.
  2. Affix the two (2) Model and Serial Number labels from your recalled Samsung washer.
  3. Sign the Rebate Form certifying that you have disposed of the recalled Samsung washer, that it is no longer in use, and that you have replaced your recalled Samsung washer with a new Samsung washer as indicated.
  4. Include the original sales receipt for the new replacement Samsung washer.
  5. Make and keep a copy of both the rebate form and the original sales receipt for your new replacement Samsung washer for your records.

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from the date you mail the completed Rebate Form to receive your rebate cheque. If you have any additional questions, as well as to inquire on the status of your rebate, please call 1-855-291-6251, Monday through Sunday, 8:30am to 10:30pm Eastern Time.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. This rebate offer is available to all Samsung washer owners in Canada who have a Samsung Top Load washer covered by the recall update on November 4th, 2016, and is subject to the terms thereof. Go to https://www.samsung.com/ca/TopLoadWasherRemedy for more details. This rebate is restricted to Canadian customers only.
  2. The rebate amount shown on the Rebate Form that you are entitled to is valid for six (6) months from the date you made your selection, and the Rebate Program expires on November 3, 2017 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.
  3. The Rebate Form must be submitted to the address provided on the first page no later than 45 days from the purchase date of the new replacement Samsung washer.
  4. The rebate form must be accompanied by:
    1. The original sales receipt for the new replacement Samsung washer.
    2. The two (2) Model and Serial Number Labels from the recalled Samsung washer. The Serial Number must be clear and legible.
  5. The Customer Certification must be signed and dated.
  6. Samsung will reimburse you for the removal fee if it is listed as a separate line item on the receipt of your new washer to a maximum of $30.00 (thirty dollars).
  7. Samsung will provide only one rebate per recalled Samsung washer.
  8. The rebate amount may not exceed the price of your new replacement Samsung washer. If the price of your new replacement Samsung washer is less than the rebate amount shown on the rebate form, we will only provide a rebate equal to the price of the new replacement Samsung washer.
  9. If you selected the free in-home-repair option offered on our recall website and the repair has been performed, you are no longer eligible for this rebate.
  10. The rebate option can only be selected one (1) time during the 6-month validity period as set out above, after which period consumers will only be eligible for the Free In-Home Repair.
  11. If the retailer you purchased your new Samsung washer from offers a removal service, you must use that service to dispose of your recalled Samsung washer. If such services are not available from your retailer, you will be required to provide appropriate proof of the proper and safe disposal of the unit, including the name and contact details of the company that provided the service for you.
