How to Complete the Mail-In Rebate Form
  1. Purchase a new washer of your choice from any retailer.
  2. Mail in the completed rebate form along with the receipt for your new washer and Model/Serial Number labels from the recalled Top-Load washer. Detailed instructions are on the rebate form.
  3. Receive your rebate check in 4 to 6 weeks.
